Cowboy Tears is a single-origin Brazilian espresso sourced from the Estrela do Sul and Monte Carmelo regions, featuring Red Bourbon and Catuai varieties from Maria Aparecida Bartoloci and Ziberto De Jesus Macedo. 

The cherries are natural processed, dried with fruit intact to enhance sweetness and weight in cup. 

In cup it shows dark chocolate, nutty stone fruit, and toasted caramel with earthy spice and a clean, approachable profile that works for straight espresso and rich milk drinks.
