Los Nardos is grown in the high Andes of Nariño, Colombia by Juan Carlos Bolaños and his mother Luz Mila near Buesaco, where volcanic soils and elevation favour bright, complex profiles. 

Cherries are depulped, open-tank fermented for 24 hours, fully washed, and dried slowly under cover to maintain clarity and balance. 

In cup it is bright and expressive with candied apple, sweet fruit, and caramel notes supported by lively acidity and a refined finish.
