Little Sister - Golden Child Espresso
Golden Child is sourced from the Mulish Washing Station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, where smallholders deliver ripe cherries to a central station developed by Tesfaye Bekele and the local community. The high-elevation terroir and community-focused infrastructure support both quality and consistency.
Cherries are pulped and fermented for 35–48 hours, then dried on traditional raised beds for about one week, creating a balanced and expressive profile.
As an espresso it delivers bright citrus, floral sweetness, and a lingering candy-like finish, with complexity and clarity that also works well in milk-based drinks.
