Instrumental is sourced from El Meridiano in the Herrera region of Tolima, Colombia, where smallholder farmers from the Asociación de Productores de Café Especial del Alto Saldana grow coffee in a lush corridor between two national parks. The region’s fertile soils and steady mountain climate help produce coffees with balance and natural sweetness.

After harvest, cherries are washed and dried slowly on patios and in covered Casa Helda drying houses, preserving clarity while developing a smooth, approachable cup.

In the cup, Instrumental is round and comforting with notes of cocoa and toffee and a gentle sweetness that makes it an easy everyday brew.
